Change/Add Payment Method
This guide will help you update or change your payment method through the Stripe customer portal. You can securely add a new card or replace your existing payment method at any time.
Step 1: Navigate to Your Subscription Section
Depending on your active subscription product, go to the appropriate section in your dashboard:
Residential Proxy Subscriptions:
Purchase → Residential Proxies → Billing & History → SubscriptionsISP Proxy Subscriptions:
Purchase → ISP Proxies → Billing & History

Once you’re in the relevant section, you will be able to view all your active subscriptions.

Step 2: Open Subscription Management
Click on the Manage Subscriptions button. This will redirect you to the secure Stripe customer portal where you can manage your billing details and payment methods.

Step 3: Update or Add a Payment Method
Inside the Stripe customer portal:
Select Payment Methods or Billing Information.

Click Add payment method to add a new card or payment option.

To change your existing method, add the new payment method first and set it as the default.

You may remove old payment methods once the new one is successfully added.
Step 4: Confirm Changes
After adding or updating your payment method, ensure the correct card is set as default for future subscription charges. All upcoming renewals will automatically use the updated payment method.
